Return Terms
To benefit from the return services, the original purchase invoice must be provided
You have the right to return the product within 24 hours only from the date of receipt
The barcode sticker should not be removed from the product
The product must be in its original condition
The product must be returned with all its accessories (box - bag - gift card - invoice)
The return does not include the parts that were designed according to the customer's request
It does not include the return after modification to the product (from cutting to making it larger or smaller, or engraving on the product, etc.)
Customers in the city of Riyadh, the product is returned to the branch or by sending a representative to the customer with deduction of delivery fees during product delivery or during return
. Customers outside the city of Riyadh, when they wish to return the product, contact the customer service during the period specified for the return, and a return bill of lading will be sent, which will be covered by the customer
The amount of the piece will be refunded in cash or transfer at the branch as decided by the Labrouche administration, with deduction of delivery or shipping fees, if any
. When you cancel your paid order, the amount will be refunded from one to two weeks maximum
. When you cancel your paid order after issuing the bill of lading, the bill value will be deducted and only the product amount will be refunded
We organize the arrival of the product to the customer in its original condition, and if there is a defect in the product due to poor shipping, the piece is replaced to the customer and the customer does not bear the value of the freight, provided that we are informed upon the arrival of the piece and photograph the defect in it, and it will be returned with all its accessories
The period for refunding the amount by transfer is within five working days
Exchange Terms

Customers outside the city of Riyadh when they wish to replace the product, the customer service will be contacted during the period specified for the replacement, and a bill of lading will be sent, the value of which will be guaranteed by the customer during the delivery of the product and during its replacement
In the event of replacing a product of less value than the replaced product, the remaining amount shall be refunded in cash or the amount transferred as decided by Labrouche management, with deduction of delivery or shipping charges, if any.
Warranty Terms
Six months from the date of purchase and includes
Installation of zircon stone in the event of a fall from the product
Installing the main stone with the customer having the stone for re-installation and maintenance
The service is used in the branch inside the city of Riyadh and does not include delivery or shipping fees in the case of using the warranty if the customer is outside Riyadh
Maintenance period within five working days
. Purchase invoice must be provided
. The warranty is recorded in the system with the number, name of the customer and the date of purchase

The warranty does not cover misuse of the product
The warranty does not include polishing and coating the product
. Packaging and flower gifts are non-exchangeable and non-refundable

When you do not receive your order from the shipping company or the representative early, the product may be returned to us, and in this case the delivery or shipping fees will be deducted and you may take care of them again when the order is shipped or delivered again, so we ask you to receive your order as soon as the representative or the chosen shipping company contacts .
